Parents evenings take place in the Main Hall. Pupils will be given a sheet to fill in, making appointments with their teachers for times that are suitable for you. Each consultation will last 5 minutes, and to avoid long queues, we ask that you stick to this – and where extra time is needed arrange a time to return for a lengthier discussion. Please see the dates below for each group:

Year 7 – 30th May 2026

Year 8 – 16th April 2026

Year 9 – 5th February 2026

Year 10 – 26th February 2026

Year 11 – 20th November 2025

Open the parents app and click on Parents Evening from the list of options on the home page

Click on the available parents evening:

Choose a subject/teacher and click Book.

Choose an available time slot:

This will then appear in your list of booked appointments.

Repeat these steps for all other subjects/teachers.

If you make a mistake or wish to cancel, just click the 3 dots next to the booking, then click cancel:
