Future Chef – Local Final

Patryk and Anaya both represented the academy at the Future Chef local final in Sheffield after winning the school heats.

Both cooked really well and got very positive feedback on their food’s taste, composition, and appearance. There were three industry judges, and Sheffield College lecturers tasting the food which they cooked in an industrial kitchen setting.

Mrs Phillips and parents and families also attended and were absolutely delighted that Patryk won with his sweet and sour chicken and rice, a family favourite! 

He will now go onto the regional final in February and will have a chef mentor to help him.
