Year 11 Prom 2026

Year 11 Prom will take place at Ye Olde Bell, Barnby Moor on Thursday 2nd July 2026. Students can arrive from 6.30pm and the event will conclude at 11pm. Transport will need to be provided by parents and carers for this event.

The cost of the ticket is £50.  The cost of the ticket includes:

  • Evening entertainment – DJ
  • Summer BBQ Buffet on the terrace– Served at 7.30pm
  • Drink on arrival
  • One free professional photograph

An official photographer will be at the event, that students are able to purchase formal photos from.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required by Friday 19th December 2025 to secure your son/daughter’s place and will need to be paid via the My Child at School app. The remainder of the balance will be due by 22nd May 2026 – this can be paid via instalments on the app if parents wish to spread the cost.

Please note that any student failing to meet the high expectations of behaviour at the Academy may be unable to attend this event. We also expect the same good behaviour from students whilst at the event and any damages or breakages will need to be paid for by the parent or carer.

We hope this will be an enjoyable event for the students to celebrate the end of the year and for all their hard work to achieve the best GCSE grades possible.
